Language Arts Grade 2

Learning to read is a fundamental step in Second Grade, this is why reading is addressed in depth in the last two themes of iTooch Second Grade. Language Arts is an important subject in children’s academic growth, at this level children start gaining a sense of independence and self-awareness. The goal of our Language Arts app in Second Grade is to let children view reading as central to learning. iTooch’s 56 chapters touch on different topics such as the main idea, different cultures, suffixes, prefixes, etc. Chapters are well illustrated with images, which are central to stimulating creativity and memorization in Second Grade. With four themes emphasizing Foundational skills, Language, Reading for information and Reading Literature, our app goes hand in hand with standard school curriculum.
